Due to a trapped nerve, I could barely move my arm. The morning after my first treatment with Mark, I had regained a fair amount of mobility. Within a week my arm was pretty much back to normal. The team there are amazing and really care about every aspect of your treatment. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful clinic with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had acupuncture treatment with the lovely Edwina and she’s truly a natural healer. After a chat she immediately and instinctively knew what I needed and I left feeling so much lighter mentally, and without the movement restrictions I had arrived with. Thank you.

The clinic in Lindfield is amazing. I am seeing Uyi who is working wonders and Miriam for my back and neck massage which after only two treatments is so improved. The reception team are always so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I went for balance issues which I didn't think I could be helped with but was given treatment and exercises which gave me confidence. I feel so much better. Would definitely recommend.

I have been going to see Johnny Pheonix for over 3 years. When i first came to the chiropractic i had a trapped nerve that was crippling me for over 2 years and needed a walking stick at times and a bad neck. After a few months of treatments the results were amazing. I no longer have any problems and dont need a stick anymore. I highly recommend this practise. Just brilliant. The staff are very nice as well.

I received two treatments and they worked. Do not expect instant results, my pain disappeared little by little and now gone. I still do the exercises. 🙏Sandra Nixon

I can highly recommend acupuncture with Edwina. I was slightly nervous about my first appointment, she put me at ease immediately with her friendly and bubbly personality . I was suffering with horrendous peri-menopausal hot flushes. After my first treatment I found, impressively, that the intensity of the flushes had greatly reduced to a bearable level. However, after my second appointment the flushes has completely stopped. I have to report that it has now been over 7 months without hot flushes and this has been life changing!
